This Deluxe Leadfoot is supposed to be a US Target exclusive (because it has a big Target Logo on the front) and packed with a Deluxe Topspin (which may or may not be a redeco).

The gallery at this Asian site shows it with the a Topspin toy, which could be the original one.

Now if only they released Roadbuster in an armoured mode as well, these would look good together.
