Looks like an official convention run by Hasbro can use Movie toys, as a redeco of the JP Voyager Optimus & trailer set is being produced for the Singapore CybertronCon in March.

Note that it is the JP Voyager trailer (that splits open from the middle), not the US Deluxe Voyager trailer & Chronicle trailer (folds open from one side).
The robot & trailer aren't significantly redecoed, with the most obvious difference being the artwork on the trailer commemorating the SG Universal Studios Ride.
