BotCon Metalhawk toy & comic image

FunPub have tweeted a couple images for this year's BotCon, featuring Metalhawk - one of the Boxset figures - as a finished toy, and a panel from this year's BotCon comic.

And do you think there is a reason for them using Targetmaster Scoop in both images? A hint to a future Club toy or just a red herring?

If it does end up being a future Club toy, which recent toy(s) would work as a redeco of Scoop?
Classics/Energon Bonecrusher? With a couple PCC Minicons?

I'd not assume an appearance means a toy but rather an artist getting in a character they like. (And guess which of those characters is most likely to die in battle first...)

If they were going to do Scoop? Since they like deluxes, Landmineis an obvious choice.

Also from FunPub, through their facebook page, the boxset with the toys in it. (the cover of the box has been revealed before, so this isn't anything exciting)
