    Default g1 Skyhammer QC issues

Hi guys, just wondering if there were any gold plastic syndrome issues with G1 Skyhammer or if anyone knew of any quality issues in general. I like the alt mode and am thinking of converting the buy

iy does suffer GPS, the bottom of the outer shell is made of the stff and can be very brittle. the wheels on the outer shell can also break off very easily

Poor Skyhammer was one of the first and most common victims.

The two front tab-holders of the big shell break off really easily, because they are supposed to be load-bearing, but can't.

Sadly, the only 'safe' part of Skyhammer is the top of his outer Pretender shell. The problem is that there's just so much GPS gold plastic that it's like a minefield of time bombs. (My G1 Roadblock is still 100% intact though, so there's minor hope.)

PS. Comics R Us on Bourke St had a back in box one in their cabinet a few weeks ago. Might still be there. Hard to tell condition though.
