What sort of store is "High st Penrith", or is it a store located there? If so, what store? I have a feeling that this item was recently sighted here, but can't remember. It was released in America in June 2010, and yes, is a fun toy.

It is from a $2/fancy dress shop on High Street. "Cheep as Chips" or somesuch. They have had them there for quite a few months.

I didnt realise they were a rare or barely seen toy here.

Today was pretty good haul-wise.

Animated Soundwave (present for a friend).
Resealed DotM Que (also not for me).
Animated Oil Slick (mine, and completes my Animated wants list).
HeadRobots Bludgeon upgrade set (mine).
Loose Cybertron Crosswise (mine).

And just to top them all off, Figma Samus.

On a related note, I have the chance to pick up an Overlord (in a slightly damaged box) for ~¥31,000 - is that a decent bargain? I'm not really after him myself, but I've got most of the hard-to-find cast of LSotW (still missing G1 Guzzle and Stalker), so I'm considering trying to get the full set, with CHUGUR versions for Perceptor, Kup, and Springer.

Average prices I noticed were ¥45000 to ¥65000 each at various stores.
