Could be. There was no Tankor at the K-Mart I visited today, but two Sunstreaker and One Prowl. Plus one each of the Universe Robot heroes and two of Blaster and Heavy Load.
I also found a lot more Universe Robot Heroes at Target ($10) and the Universe Voyagers ($Ask Register Supervisor For Help).
I also noticed that Blaster's box says his partner is Blockrock but the techspec says it's Flashback just to add confusion.

yeh u r right, unless someone is ninja-ing when they first are stocked, i could of sworn they aen't release cause i checked a Kmart on Friday that wasnt stocked but on Saturday stocked with Universe , but hey no universe Tankor. Its the only universe figure i want T_T
