I have a whole heap of items from early December and I doubt I get them till first week of 2018.
One shocking moment was opening my parcel locker to see it empty and they have to locate the parcel and get back to me. Luckily it was found.

Not long depends on how you document about some lousy retailer.
Check your transactions as well, mine wasn't even notified when refunded.

I bought a "buy it now" on ebay for TR Quickswitch last night and the seller has already posted it, now the extremely long wait for it has begun. (he's coming via USPS, so I might get him in the next decade or two
The seller has been selling TFs for many years now and I've bought from him before so I've no fear it's an ebay scam.

You just said that you're certain that the eBay transaction is a scam.
"I have no fear that..." = You are certain of something.
e.g.:
"I have no fear that HLJ will deliver." = I am certain that HLJ will deliver
"I have no fear that the result of our experiment will be that men may be trusted to govern themselves without a master." (Thomas Jefferson)
= Jefferson was certain of the result of his experiment
So, "I have no fear it's an eBay scam" = "I am certain that it is an eBay scam"
You should file a report if you have been scammed.

This was a bit excessive, for someone posting a casual comment, that most people understood.
"I have no fear that..." = You are certain of something.

Besides... if "I have A fear it's an eBay scam" means that you believe it is a scam, than the opposite (I have NO fear it's an eBay scam) should mean that you believe it is NOT a scam. (as implied by the poster above).

The version of English used by Thomas Jefferson is not the version we use today. The English language is a constantly evolving language unlike French which is practically set in stone, you can't use english from over 200 years ago as an example of how people should talk today. If you have a problem with this I'd hate to see your reaction to the modern pronunciation of Bros. or the slang term Brah.
