According to Hasbro at BotCon earlier this year, the Premium Blackout is apparently exactling the same (or aimed to be) as the Lawsons Blackout. It was in response to a fan question about Hasbro or Takara mass-releasing the limited release of the other company. The question was specifically referring to BotCon seekers, but the Hasbro people turned it around to say that premium Blackout was the only exception, but only because their premium series required a paint scheme that Lawsons version already got to first. They said they couldn't stop Takara from releasing the Botcon seekers in their henkei line, but felt that the colours would be different though (to reasure collectors of rarities).
