No alternators then? how do we go about creating banners? do we submit our ideas to paulbot for tweaking of the pics for the licensing part? just want to know as have made a Alternators banner and want some clarification.

You could submit a banner (to me), and we'll have a look at if and when it could be used.
Otherwise, you can create them and post them up in the creative section, or offer them for people to use a siggie file pics on global fan-sites.

No, but they should avoid anything (images, logos, names) that are owned by Hasbro.
