    Default IDW Thundercracker Spotlight preview

Out this week is the second of four Spotlights, featuring Thundercracker.
A preview can be seen here.
Each of the spotlights appear to contain back-story that ties into current events.

If you buy them, post your comments here.

This is interesting... Why WFC/FOC type Thundercracker? I thought he was aligned...
I might get into these. I actually LOVED the preview, and I mean LOVED.
How much do these style comics usually go for at say some place like Comics R Us or All Star Comics.
I have heard they are quite pricey.
I like these comics. I think I'll get into these. Will get me off the computer for once.

You can always get them online through Comixology too.

Spotlight Thundercracker is a one off comic set in the early war days after the Autocracy series. It's a good read if you have never read any other recent IDW stuff.

WFC/FOC seems to be a thing that IDW are using in their mainline G1 comics.

I hope that means a FOC Thundercracker toy under an IDW line.

Just a repainted FoC Starscream toy.

Which I would be totally fine with.

I wonder if TakaraTomy would have done Thundercracker instead of Skywarp in their Generations line if they knew there would be so much focus on the IDW character.

It'll probably prompt them to definitely do one soon anyway, to complete the set.

Takara do seem to have a better idea of the movements and desires of the fans and transformers related media than Hasbro, and as such seem to have a much better relationship and higher level of respect than them.

I'd be surprised if we do not see a whole bunch of FoC seeker repaints, including Acid Storm and Sunstorm
