The seekers were smaller, but they were never that small, I'm looking at them right now and the seekers don't even come up to Prime's upper torso. Prime looks like a hulking giant robot comparatively, I don't think they gave much thought to scale with each other at all. Really, Stand Alone? I considered MP-01 through to MP-05 in the same scale as the seekers were always smaller than Optimus or Megatron (Not forgetting Magnus as well) so I would consider that a consistent scale.
