It's not. It's Transformers Universe Blades. He was out in the stores ages ago along with Universe Blaster (Cyb soundwave repaint). Didn't really pick him up then coz the voyager pricing is kinda offputting locally. But I got this from a fellow member here - of course drastically reduced pricing
