On the subject of which... who let these kids into the collection room? This one looks like he's about to push over poor Metroplex:

    That. Is. Impressive.

I cannot wait to own one and I cannot wait for some non-Hasbro pictures to come out because Hasbro has never been good at posing their products.

Or transforming correctly. Although Hasbro doesn't do their own photography, it's outsourced and the photographers often don't know how to transform or pose toys correctly. But having said that, how come Takara's photos are often transformed and posed quite nicely? Does Takara do their own in-house photography or are their outsourced photographers just gooderer at taking toy pics?

New, unphotoshopped Hasbro pics are up on various news sites. Looks pretty cool and he comes up to about the thigh or waist of the kid, IINM.

The new images with some kids playing with a Metroplex toy.

If this thing is gonna be ready for SDCC at the start of July, I really hope Hasbro has some for sale at BotCon the week before.

Im not sure if I would be order this from Robot Kingdom, I just did a pre-order calculation for shipping to Australia, they only give you the option of EMS for shipping BTW....total shipping $106.64 plus the price of Metroplex $129.90..which brings it to the total of $236.54.

Well I know what I wont be buying anytime soon...I Love my Transformers but not when I'm paying nearly as much in freight as I am for the toy..

I love how in one of the images of him transformed into the base. You can see one of his arms folded behind him. Looks a lot nicer not having them in plain sight in base mode. Can't wait to get one even more now!

Read the thread but I cant confirm whether this is coming to Aus retail? Since TRU US and Canada has confirmed them. Shipping alone on RK for this huge toy is about $70+
