    Thumbs up Pre-orders shipped...

    Well I just received two emails from RK to let me know that my pre-orders for the Reveal the Shield Deluxe and Voyager waves along with the latest Generations wave (Thunderwing) have been shipped... so we'll see how long it takes before they arrive...

    Another disappointting RK order.
    Paid for in-stock items 18 days ago, and still no email or shipping notice. Emailed them yesterday to find out out what's going on, but no reply yet.

    Just got a reply back:

    The order still holding in our stock. All of the items is avaliable except
    voyager sealed cases w3. We are trying to restock it. Should we ship out the
    avaliable items? Do you accpet to refund the item which not instock? We are
    sorry for the inconvenience caused.
    The item was in stock at the time I ordered it, so once again, they don't even think about contacting a customer to let them know that their order is being held, or to ask what they want to do.

    Just a question griffin, did you check the 'description' as well? In most cases their site says that the item is 'in stock' when the description states the opposite. See the pre-order TAKARA TRANSFORMERS UNITED 2010 Exclusive Desepticon SET 3-Pack as an example. There's no excuse for it though, but I always check this before making an order and have never had an issue with my order being held.

    All of mine were 'Available now', which is what I make sure I look for before ordering, as I don't want any pre-order items holding up the entire order.
