There's no plan yet. FansProject only repainted one prototype of City Commander into Powered Convoy, just for fun. They showed it at TFcon 2008 in Toronto (http://www.transformerscon.com/).
CC's just young and *healthy* like me. (Very very *healthy*.) There was zero magic trick involved.
