    Thanks for the replies guys.....

Interesting to hear people's thoughts on these.

Lucky Draw Transformers don't interest me at all. The reason why I got into collecting back in the early 2000's was to obtain all of the Transformers I wanted as a kid but never got. Shiny-gold-expensive-variants never factored into it. I'd much rather spend my money on a set of MISB G1 Dinobots

They're pretty. But as stated in previous posts, unless you actually win one, WAY too expensive.

I have little to no interest in them, The only one I have actually liked that I have seen pictures of was Transformers Prime Arcee

One went for $1200.00 on ebay, for that price I'll pick up some Japanese G1 items I'm after instead of a lucky draw.

Ive only got to get LD Galvatron to complete my Henkei Collection. But the prices they'e asking for him, no way. They can keep it.

I like the concept of winning a lucky draw, and the Arcee looks really nice. generally though the chromed lucky draw figures are really hard to look at and see any actual detail. this make them less appealing to me.

It's unfortunate that we don't get lucky draw figures like that in Australia (though I seem to recall there was a chance to get a movie leader prime at one point). but collection wise, I don't really see the appeal, a lucky draw toy, especially a Chromed one, is something I don't think I'd want to touch for fear of scratching/chipping off the Chrome.

I'd be happy to win one, and I'd display it as a centrepiece most likely but I'll be winning lottery before I purchase a lucky draw figure.

    ^100% agree.

The gold movie Prime we had was a draw prize during the ROTF IMAX premiere in Sydney.
