I went to sleep just before the initial email alert went out. Dang!

You wouldn't have had much time to jump on it though.
They mustn't have had many cases they wanted to split up (maybe they already had feedback on the ratio of people wanting the Gen1 version to the Armada version), because I had the email a little after 1am, and when I looked at a little after 2am, the Gen1 version was already sold out.

If they sell out of the Armada version before it is released, they might put more Gen1 versions up for pre-order... but they don't want to be stuck with too many Armada Megatrons if they increase the pre-order number of the Gen1 Megatron.

I hope Hasbro does that thing that we've been seeing (I think) where they put just 1 character in a case for shipping with G1 Megatron. I hope they put more up. Armada will probably end up going to clearance.

Gen1 Megatron is the toy that should end up in the next wave as a case-mate of Thundercracker.... so there isn't any need for panicking if you are happy to wait a little longer.

I am so tempted to get Superion - I like their individual bot modes that much as well as Superions look that I wouldn't mind having both set up at the same time. Somehow I don't think my budget will allow it though

On another note, i like the fact that they're mixing the lines up for the Takara Adventure Series. Normally i'm not a big fan, but some of those repaints are too good to pass up
