Sent a message regarding what we will be getting in Australia, hopefully all of it to Hasbro.

Octopi is more widely used in English because while the word is Greek in origin, it came to English via Latin.
If it were a Latin word, octopus would be a third declension noun, and the plural is octopodes, based on the Greek ὀκτώποδες. It's not a second declension noun. In English, octopuses is the most correct plural. Octopi only exists as a result of mistaken construction, like saying the plural of virus is viri.

    I sit corrected.

Hypercorrected or not, they are all accepted plurals in English. I was personally taught to use "octopi" and "viri" in school.

Octopi is common. Viri is definitely wrong - it's not an English word.

If Octopunch, Tentakil, Scylla and Ikard (with his Takotank) had a massive fight, who would win? And which one should first be made into a Generations figure?

They should have put some feather detailing on the wings, as they have the mouth painted on the jet nose... but maybe it came down to limited paint decos, as toys these days don't seem to have many paint-aps. If it were a BotCon toy it would have had feathers and bird head, but since they already did an overlord, we wouldn't have had another one.

But some jets actually have a mouth like that on them. I don't think many jets have feathers painted on though.

I'd rather the nose be plain myself so it didn't look at all like they were trying to homage his bird mode.

They didn't do a Doubledealer though...
