This is something I've been doing for nearly 30 years now as even the Marvel G1 comics had several characters who never appeared in the G1 cartoon (and thus never had voices). I won't bother going into detail of all the voices I've imagined in my head; but my favourite would be Bludgeon, whom I've always imagined as being voiced by George Takei. (who of course much later did voice Master Yoketron in Transformers Animated and Alpha Trion in Transformers Prime)

Mori Katsuji (Metal Hawk) disagrees. Circuit never had a voice though.
