Link to the Promotion's details - look for the note under the product image on each product page to see if that toy is eligible. If it isn't there, it probably isn't included in the promotion.

What's the easiest way to only get results that are sold by Amazon and will ship to Australia? Because everything I'm trying still gives me items for sale by other companies that won't post to Oz.

Left hand column of options, where it lists the various filters, scroll down to "Sellers" and click on "Amazon.com". It will still list non-Transformers toys (like model trains that have transformers in them), but it will remove any non-Amazon seller.

I tried that, but on my search for "Transformers", Amazon.com isn't one of the sellers listed, even on a "see more".

Well I guess it works on a search or "Age of Extinction". Not sure why it's so inconsistent.
