I don't think so at all.
Waiting 6 days to have an item that has been paid for shipped out is absolutely pathetic.

Sinnertwin is right. I bought 3 things listed as in stock and have been waiting 3+ weeks now. He didnt actually have them "on hand" in sock, but rather "i can get stock in" in stock. Which is pathetic.
But I still think these local guys are needed. So imma wait a while a few moths maybe, and get something off him again to see if he has sorted himself out.

Due to possible ramifications of anything I say I'm not comfortable discussing it anymore in a public forum... It's all sorted now and that's that.

Well I placed my first order with TFI a couple of months ago. Was told several times "will ship tomorrow" or "should ship in a few days" etc but it took them about 2 weeks to send the thing out. I was very close to filing a Paypal claim myself.

I did find them very had to contact via both Facebook and e-mail.

There is one pre-order left on my account which I've been told I cannot cancel. So be it, I will go ahead with it then, but will not place any more orders after that.

Item received well packaged and undamaged so claim cancelled. I will consider ordering from them again but will wait a while and see if their service quality improves.

I'd advise anyone considering a PayPal dispute/claim to just know you're rights and don't allow yourself to be bullied out of using PayPal the way it's intended for your protection.

You cannot be charged a cancellation fee nor referred to debt collectors for not cancelling a PayPal dispute/claim until the item has been received. If you do cancel the claim you can't open another if the postie runs it over enroute.

yeah maybe just sit tight until the new website is up and hope it is more customer friendly.

It's funny all these complaints (mine included) and in the blink of an eye every issue I had resolved with my authorisation they shifted funds so they could send a 3 bot order today.

So just when you think all hope is lost it all comes out rosie. In saying that it shouldn't be allowed to get that bad in the first place.
