Generations Deluxe Wave 5: Chromia and Arcee

Please be RID Arcee, just read through Goldfire's comic, Arcee is absolutely AWESOME. She better have an etched in autobot symbol or some type of sticker for that.

Really? As someone that has read most of the complete IDW Transformers franchise my impression of her is she is just a poorly written psychopath. It would still be a G1 Arcee toy so I would love the toy, but her character is really not great in IDW.

Judging from only the one issue I've read, (which really does not give me much credit in judgement. ) I kind of like Arcee, you can never really tell what she's thinking and she's kind of mysterious.

Would just be nice to have more than two fembot designs that are not motrocycles. Wonder if Nautica will be a repaint or a new design or not made at all...

We have to believe this will be a G1/IDW-style body for Arcee, right? If so (while I highly doubt I'll pick these up), as a Transformers fan, it's an exciting to see Arcee finally getting what she deserves.

I've ordered the pair on BBTS, but if I don't like them, can always cancel. Hoping these will be good.

So if Arcee/Chromia is wave 5, and Tankor/Rattrap/Crosscut are wave 3, that should mean Nightbeat/Jhiaxus/Windblade are definitely wave 4.... which would be three waves released by April. (during a time when Retailers are less likely to stock new Transformers due to the Movie toys coming in May)
Probably best to pre-order these early, in case BBTS gets limited stock again.

Fingers crossed those dates are accurate. If those dates are right Hasbro must be shoving out the tail end of IDW before AOE hits. A nice change from just cancelling the line with unreleased figures.

I'll laugh so hard if Arcee and Chromia are just repaints/head remolds of Windblade.

If it's an actual decent new mold I'd probably grab an IDw-style Arcee. I like the Animated one but I would like to see more fembots released *cough*Strika*cough*.

If Wingblade is to be the 30th of the 30 exclusives, I suspect that release will be a special version, not the general release Generations version (in 'wave 4')... So if Arcee and Chromia are repaints of her then that toy might have four releases this gear!
