Out this month is the Transformers chapter of the X-Files crossover mini-series, and a preview & interview can be seen here.

The art for the Transformers one is quite nice, but doesn't appear to be in any existing style of Transformers... which is usually what the Crossovers try to capture (as you can see with the Turtles chapter in the same article - it's simple artwork, but very 80s comic styled).
