I find this helps my figures a lot. It however doesn't help my shelves

Just give the shelf a quick dust before placing the toy back in its display spot.

I did this last Sunday to my whole collection. It took me the whole damn day For the size of your collection, I can only imagine what it takes to clean that

I don't do the whole thing in a day. As I play with different toys, I dust the shelf before I put it back. So all the shelves are eventually dusted. Mind you, because my toys are in a dedicated collection room with minimal human traffic, it doesn't get much dust (as opposed to having them in a heavy traffic room like say a bedroom, study, lounge room etc.).

Yeah mine are in a very large bedroom, but I also sleep on one side of it. Where as my collectibles are all on the other side. Must be why mine get so dusty

Cleaning my collection is like painting the Sydney Harbour Bridge - if I do a shelf every day or two, by the time I'm finished I have to start at the beginning again.
