What console will you be getting Rise of the Dark Spark on?

For me, I am having trouble deciding between PS3 or PS4, but I'm leaning more onto PS3.

Whoops!, Forgot to add that one, I went on the news post where it showed all the cover arts and they didn't have one for PC.

TF games typically don't get released here on PC, do they? AFAIK the PC versions of WFC and FOC were never locally released.
