Maybe it's all the third party purchases in the past year, but $60 for a Leader Class doesn't seem over the top?

I guess I revisited that thought once reviews are out, and depending on how intricate/intuitive his transformation is - my main yardstick for a mould's value. The initial pics does make him look hollow-er (see inside thigh). Overall aesthetics and proportions does school the current third party offerings.

At the current exchange rate, AU$60 works out to roughly 30GBP. Given that I used to easily hand over 40GBP for a leader when living in the UK, that actually works out as a price reduction for me!

All that says to me is that MP cars are overpriced for what they are. Alternators were twice the size, just as well engineered (if not better), and $10-$20 less. For $60 a pop, I want all die cast with rubber tires

I remember buying 600ml Cokes for a $1.60 then too.

So true. I'd be happy to pay $60 for a Jetfire Leader.

I actually like plastic tyres. I am so scared off from rubber tyres because of CR/RID that I prefer the plastic tyres that will last for decades.
