If the new Voyager Megs is too ugly for me to handle (once reviews are out), I might still go for the Armada incarnation. Looks like the right amount of ugly for that character (which I never owned).

Also, I sincerely hope that Armada Megatron is not a glimpse into IDW Megs' direction in the current comics.

All the others, well, I love them too! Would love to see Chromia redone as Afterburner

The DOTM scout class Powerglide was pretty good and an able substitute IMO. Having said that, I plan on getting the Generations version as well.

I always figured this was meant to be a G1-homage, until they kicked it to the movie line and put a new head on it.

Needless to say, the old one will stay in alt mode, and the new one can be displayed in robot mode. #winwin

That new Megatron (and Armada Megatron) should be leader class right? Like Jetfire. Seems to be some confusion.

Megatron is Leader Class, and was originally planned to be released with Jetfire to launch that size class, but was held back until early next year... according to one of the Hasbro people at the convention.

I have that toys as a 'substitute'. Not that happy with it as a proper 'Classics' representation of Powerglide.
