The club will give you shipping and tracking details.... but none seem to be sent yet :-(

It is a few weeks since the convention, might be worth your while sending them a polite email asking if you should expect shipping details or something along those lines.

I've always had a reply within a day or two when conversing with the club over email, you could perhaps try twitter if that's more your style.Why bother, they won't reply.
