    What's the difference between Takara and Hasbro's Cybertron-mode Ratchet? I don't see any metallics.

    As far as I'm aware the Takara animated figures aren't necesarily metallic so much as they are shiny and the Habro ones are a matte finish, much more like the appearance of the show

    +1, exactly what UM said. They look shiny on the red parts. Instead of a matte finish, just looks good to.
