Default 2015 Robots in Disguise official images

A UK toysite has posted up official images of much of the first wave of toys from the new series known as Robots in Disguise.

Figures are from Legion, Warrior (Deluxe), One-Step, and 3-Step size classes.

These are showing up on the American Amazon site as well, as place-holders for when they are released... so must be soon.

I thought that Hasbro had decided they wanted the shows to be on air for a while before they released the toys. So much for that idea.

I much prefer that they release the toys before the show airs. It should hopefully mean that toys will be available by time the show starts and we can more or less immediately start playing along with the TV eps instead of waiting months (or even years).

I agree, I always thought the "let's release the toys AFTER the cartoon has had its first airing, so kids can play with toys of characters they've already forgotten about" approach was stupid. I'm really just noting that Hasbro appear to have changed that approach, which is interesting, and I wonder why. It might have something to do with striking while the iron is hot to follow up on the "success" of AOE which was supposed to revolutionise and reinvigorate the brand, but of course we all know how that went. But still, interesting.

I think that I am going to skip this line... However I did say the same thing about TF Animated and I pretty much grabbed everything from that line.

    Nope I must stay strong

I concur. I know as a kid after watching Cybertron I would immediately want to get a toy of a new character (not that I really could).
