Difference between Takara LG and Hasbro megatron leader

Unless the deco is indentical, that's a photo of the Hasbro version (which is normal for Takara pre-releases)

That's true - The Hasbro toys will often be used as place-holder images for Japanese pre-orders until closer to their release, then we see the official Japanese versions.
