Someone thought they'd do something different and put a Nova Prime head on a white Optimus Prime figure instead of just calling it Ultra Magnus it seems.

Bad mould choice, such a tiny figure not worthy to be the big bad Nova Prime/Nemesis Prime that wants to end the Universe.
So they're using Orion pax for Lio Convoy AND Nova Prime?
Can anybody say Lazy? Yawn, wake me when something good happens

I like it. And again the panels in the truck bed will work nicely to evoke this character.
More lameness.
It might seem lazy, but to be fair, it makes it a LOT easier for them to get approval from Hasbro within a reasonable amount of time, who takes months to test and approve moulds, character names, and if they have something similar on the horizon themselves.
Submitting one mould for approval for two toys could also halve the time of them being held up or delayed by Hasbro and the factory... and the two decos may also have been intended to be split between Club and Convention like this year's Rampage and Shokaract, but later paired up if the Convention toys next year were better without either of them.
But it isn't the first time they've had the same mould as Membership and Store exclusives... 2012 had Runamuck and "Runabout", which then looked nice together in their special box.
I really like him - it's the first official toy of a major character - well done, TFCC.
It's been 8 months since it was announced, and we've heard almost nothing else about it since... but it looks like the toys are now produced, so should be listed for sale from the Club soon (you'd think).
A Nova Prime toy and Lio Convoy toy have shown up in some photos, that are likely to be from someone at the Factory or involved in the production process... and includes the Orion Pax toy for comparison.
Unlike the Subscription toys, the Club Store exclusives are not made to order... so they get a set amount produced and then sell them on their website to members only. The Marissa/Afterburner is the same.
