Imagine Mcdonalds in Australia doing weddings... it would be a tacky bogan fest.
But the Wedding Cake would be one of these, and they are pretty damn good.

A mate of mine used to film weddings on the side to supplement his creative works. I remember picking up a drive from him (or a camera, or a tape deck, whatever it was) and he was in the middle of editing a wedding video.

The footage was of the bride in a horrible puffy white dress, trying to smoke a cigarette at arm's length while holding a can of Beam & Cola.

She was picked up in a stretch Hummer.

You know what i find scary? A raid was done on a kids locker today (yes i go to high school) and he's year 7 (so 13-14) and he had drugs... I'd like to know how f'd up this world is where a kid in a town where the police aren't even here for 7 days a week can get drugs

Something to restore your faith in humanity; 2016 Calgary Police Chief's Award Gala have honoured the following citizens for exceptional bravery in saving the lives of complete strangers.
    * Four skateboarders who stopped a woman from being raped and detained the would-be rapist until police arrived.
    * A woman who chased away a group of attackers and tended to the victims' wounds until help arrived.
    * A man who performed CPR and mouth-to-mouth resuscitation on an unconscious driver who'd suffered a heart attack.
    * A young man and woman who saw a man bashing his ex-wife (with their children screaming in the back seat of their car). They stopped the attack, called police, and looked after the woman until police arrived.
