Wow! What a rort by Star Track!
Seems fair, they're essentially delivering the parcel to two seperate locations

So if the package is left at the post office after the first attempt at delivery, that counts as the 1st "redelivery?" (which is waived on the first option of the survey?) Is that right?

    I like your thinking.

I took that as "first order we will let slide the fee.... After that, charged each time it happens"

That is correct , and we allow this to happen free of charge on the first instance

Dear Premium Collect, so you are using auspost/StarTrack now? I ordered a couple of items and put my parcel locker at the post office as the address, so I should get my items right? If they get delivered to my home, my wife will damage them beyond recognition and end up in landfill.... Also, the link in the emails sent when purchasing items, that is used in activating an account, is unlinkable using hotmail/outlook/live/msn... Thank you for your time and look forward to your reply

    Here is my feedback,

StarTrack left a card asking me to collect from lpo. Card says open Saturday but went there today is not open for Saturday.

Go to StarTrack website and check for options but it says my item is delivered.

So mean I am forced to take some time off from work to get to it.

Note this isn't a whinge at anyone, especially PC . Is just feedback

No is not. But that's my opinion.

Given I should have a choice which Po is more suitable for pickup would be great.

I question PC why we be charged for parcel locker if they are using StarTrack by Australia post.

I like PC to answer this one as it is free in this case problem solved for many.
