Quickslinger and Brake-Neck appeared in Hong Kong and Taiwan last week in very limited numbers, and if you are really desperate, you can get them on ebay for about US$65 for the pair with shipping. (about AU$40 for each Deluxe toy)

Apparently these two have a May 22nd release date in America, and Amazon listed them today... but a few hours later they were withdrawn, so the release date may be true.
So keep an eye on that site next week if you are wanting these two (if we don't get them here), as it is likely to cost about US$45 to get them shipped here (about AU$30 for each Deluxe). And that's only if it is available to non-Americans.

The Amazon links say that the items aren't eligible for international shipping. I've got a feeling these guys are going to be hard to get.

I understand they are being distributed through Diamond in the US. If that's the case, it's possible that comic shops over here might be able to order them. It would end up being a bit more expensive than usual retail, though, I would imagine.

Now Walmart have the pair listed.

These are listed at ToysRUs in America, AND Amazon... so hopefully this means we shouldn't see a shortage of these, now that the three biggest sources of toys will have them.

Because they aren't coming to Australia... and the limited number showing up in Asia have seen secondary prices go to $30-40 each.... this could mean that we will see a plentiful supply within a month from America, and scalpers won't target them as much. (especially if Amazon ships to non-American customers when it comes into stock)

Problem with them being released through Diamond is that you need to order a case (8 units?) of the figure - something a lot of comic stores are probably pretty hesitant to do, given the smaller market in Australia and the general release (rather than specialty store) focus of the standard lines...

I mean, 16 figures? That's a bit of a punt for a small comic store to take, isn't it?

Line up the buyers beforehand and get Kings Comics or someone to order you in a case?

When I was ordering from Diamond/Previews about 10 years ago, toys were not available to non-American retailers/comic-stores... but maybe that has changed since then?

Honestly, looking at the pics of the TT Superion, i like the colour scheme of Silverbolt better than the burnt orange / orange mustard colour that the local release has.

It's a shame you can't get him separately.

Minotaur in Melbourne was surely getting their TFs via Diamond

For those prices and possible lack of availability if one can afford it ya might as well get the Tak/Tom combiners and get a whole new set
