I feel your pain. Must have sold close to 1000 bots over the year. Im already trying to get some back. But all those sales got me a deposit to buy land and to build a house. So I think thats a good thing in the end.

Yeah I'm really trying to get my main movie stuff back currently.

Just 1: Classics Skywarp. Sold it shortly after getting Gentei Skywarp, but while Gentei Skywarp may look nicer, it suffers from mould degradation issues which Classics Skywarp doesn't have. I later tried to buy it back off the guy that I sold it to, but he'd already sold it off.

Yeah, only ever sold 1 myself - a black Energon Unicron. I sold it because I was 'upgrading' to the 2010 Takara movie-accurate version. I couldn't justify having both (well, I could have to myself but not the wife).

Most of my purchases have been thoroughly thought-out therefore I can't foresee a situation whereby I would sell them en masse. Each one is a treasured piece.

When I pass them onto my children though, it will be a different story. If they ever suffer financial hardship, then I couldn't blame them if they had to sell off all or part of the collection. It will be theirs to do with as they please. Until then, I'll continue to enjoy it for the remainder of my life time.

None yet, most what I've ever sold has been spares or doubles.

unfortunately the loose stuff I want to sell is crap that no-one wants to buy.

Me too. I've imported cases and sold off the extras. Doing my bit to battle the Australia tax.

So far I've just sold Hasbro's FOC Thundercracker - so I now no longer have all seven variants of that mould, but the design difference between the shit Takara version and the Hasbro was small enough that it wasn't worth keeping both. Skywarp on te other hand is a different story.

I've never sold a bot however...

*My mum gave away my Action Master Optimus Prime with his truck to a nephew who wrecked it

*I gave one of the best men from my first wedding an almost MIB G1 Soundwave - then the friendship broke up 3 months later

Most are doubles/spares but sold off a few when I panicked due to redundancy. But mostly now, I want to downsize to more manageable size.
