The Animorphs stories - as children's stories - aren't bad IMO. But the toys, as a crossover between Transformers and Animorphs was bad to me. Some of the ideas "translated" better in a purely Transformers context (e.g.: Mutant Beasts)... but yeah, the "Transformers Animorphs" toys themselves were pretty forgettable. Just as well I got mine for free.
