The 4-pack toy is officially called Frenzy. It was noted as Rumble in one spot by accident... like Snapdragon being erroneously being labelled as a Leader on one slide.
I wonder what Hasbro has against Euro G1?
They have done toys from every other branch of G1, but never Euro G1.
Hopefully, that rumoured Deluxe Rotorstorm is real and it sells well enough to force Hasbro to actually do more Euro G1 characters.
A bias to their local product? Thinking US markets won’t buy it because it wasn’t part of their childhood?
Botcon did multiple EuroG1 figures through its run and the British creators on the IDW comics meant books like Last Stand of the Wreckers comic gave several prominence including making Overlord a big deal. And he got a new toy (but for many may think of that as the Masterforce character).
I’d be all for modern versions of the Turbomaster and Predator line.
And hey if Cyberverse toyline can have a Rack’n’Ruin toy (and that’s peak obscure British) anything’s possible.
I'd really, really like a few EG1/G2 characters done as premolds/remolds.
Someone finally did it.

Given the current financial situation, the world is in, I've decided to stop collecting the Beast Wars MP as they seem super unnecessary right now.
My season 1 of Beast Wars characters will never be complete, and somehow I'm fine with that.
