for anyone who can read that site, does is say anywhere on that about the profile pages of newer henkei stuff coming soon?

It would be good to get the actual release date from the source.

The release dates differ between figures so you need to click on each individual page to access them. e.g.: Skyfire's page says "mid-July" whereas Prowl and Sunstreaker's pages list them as "late September."

what is that two lines of text next to the image of henkei prowl?

Are you talking about the main page or the Prowl page?

The text that appears on the far right hand side of Prowl's close-up shot on the main page says "All released Transformers. How many do you have?"
The text that's "cutting into" Prowl's animated transforming image says:
"Autobot Strategist C-08 PROWL"
"On sale late September. RRP 2310JPY (GST)"
Then there's the profile, tech specs etc.
