Interesting, I got it at $45 too but only paid deposit. Still showing as not available until January though (pretty sure it has changed to Nov at some point though).

Annoying but I imagine they're able to just change the price if you've only paid deposit, so need to see if I can pay in full for this and Scourge to avoid potential screwery.

The EB terms and conditions state they reserve the right to change their price for any or no reason and they can basically charge you the remainder.

Regardless of what their terms and conditions say, if the price were an error then they are still required by law to withdraw it and then offer it to you at the new price when it is brought back online.

Sounds like they just expect you to pay more at the point of sale without making that offer.

In a similar way, I have a record that I (fully) paid $60 for Scourge, for when they (eventually) get him in stock. That product was withdrawn from sale, but never relisted so I get to say I was never aware of it being an error when they try to ask me to pay the remainder of the new $110 price as they never made an offer to me at the new price as per policy and consumer law.

I grabbed one of the new wave of Studio Series stuff from Popcultcha (Hot Rod/Fallen).

It shipped right away, so they've definitely physically got stock.
I'm really just here for the free food and open bar.

Thanks for this I wanted to buy Deep Cover from them for a while now and discount pushed it over.

I saw tonight that JB Hi-Fi has now got SS86 Ironhide available for delivery - just ordered myself. Didn't seem to be at retail yet.

Someone else in Brisbane has told me that they just picked up their pre-ordered Velocitron Scourge from EBGames today... so it looks like they FINALLY got their stock in.
My current Hasbro contact kept telling me that the entire line was exclusive to Kmart and that EBGames was not supposed to be getting it, so when the Scourge was pushed back a few months, it had me thinking that it was indeed a mistake, and that EB were not getting it.... so I finally bit the bullet last week and bought one from Kmart (and cancelled my EB pre-order).

One of the good things about all of these cancellations I have been doing lately with EBGames (due to delays or cheaper options suddenly showing up first elsewhere), is that I have managed to now pay off about half of my Haslab Victory Saber.
