Until the end of March, free shipping on most items over $45 (if not over-sized), so this qualifies.
(I just tried two different browsers, but neither one would let me click onto the payment screen after entering in my shipping details... but does let me if I select a store to pick up - maybe its Target's way of not having to pay for shipping by not making it possible to get something shipped.)

They have 20% off Transformers toy this week... just after Soundwave showed up and people jumped on it quickly in case it sold out fast.
