Probably hard for a reasonable price. While I want one, I'm not going to pay stupid money for it.

Mostly for boasting (owning an uber-rare toy) if they keep it, or for the value of it (to resell for big profit within a few weeks) if they had no interest in keeping it, but grabbed it before an actual fan could get it at retail price.
