Chances of the vote being rigged anyway? Quite high, because Trypticon and Omega Supreme aren't Headmasters but Scorponok is, and that seems to be the major theme, so much so that Hasbro have taken the iconic PM Prime and turned him into HM Prime.
Or they could just make them all headmasters, cause you know history doesn't matter
