Devastator coming back to Big W 17/12

On a positive note, my local Big W has redeemed themselves through excellent customer service rendered by their store manager Mark.
This bloke searched high and low to find me Devy today... Going through stock and all AND immediately contacting me via store intercom as well as a phone call PLUS placing item on reserve for me at the layby counter.
Now that's excellent customer service for you!
I'm writing in to give him great feedback because he deserves it.
The rest of the staff need to learn from him.
Now under the Christmas tree Devy goes

You have no idea who I am, for all you know I may know someone who actually was stabbed there. I could have been stabbed there - would that make it ok to call it kifepoint then? For the record, I call it that occasionally purely for humor value. I've lived in Altona my whole life. I visit hp weekly. I don't fear for my life when I go there. I've worked there in the past. I've used alternate names for many suburbs for the humour value. Hell, most of what I say is said for the humour value - Many people on here (and most of whom I've met in person) would say the same of me. If you don't find it funny, so be it. You want to give me your opinion? Send me a PM, don't derail a thread by getting on your high horse.

Boxes are single taped (at my local BigW)! 10 units at Watergardens BigW.

I dont frequent OTCA much no more but I too was very pissed off when I missed out on the Devastator in Big W's original sale and when they had 20% off on all toys and the large and expensive Lego Technic Across truck was unavailable.

However yesterday I got it for $160.38 which is a great buy.

I was contemplating the Mr Toys one for $250 sometime ago but a friend told me to not bother.

Also when TRU had 20% off and it was $240 I was tempted but didnt.

Overall its pretty well built and pretty stable. A shame about its articulation. I will display it as vehicles as I believe the weight could pose a problem on the feet. Especially with the weight Scrapper's unstable base.
