It was due back in june, and I know loads of other places have delivered there's by now, and still no sign of my one that I pre-ordered, or any kind of update about whether they are still getting it?
Best keep asking about it to them directly, I had a platinum unicron on pre-order with them and over a month passed, eventually just asked for them to cancel it.

Took a few emails but I know anything with "refund" in the title made them respond, they aren't bad guys at least, they say their supplier was the issue, but I guess I won't get any unicrons any time soon
