Hi, by default, deposits are non-refundable but we do practice some flexibility.

If cancellations are refused, it is most likely the item is already in stock / on its way over or there have been multiple incidents of cancellation.

Please do understand that even when we allow cancellations, we still commit to our orders to our suppliers so there's always some impact to us on our end.
