This topic is being closed until someone answers at least one of my five attempts to contact OMP - twice through the website's contact page, once through my registered email, once through my backup email, and once on this site in the main OMP topic.
OMP topics re-opened, as most of my questions were answered.
For everyone else having trouble getting answers - It has been suggested that the best chance of getting a response from OMP is through their fb page.
Just to clarify for others, the deposit for Centurion Drone DID go towards another item... so they are keeping track of deposits and credits.Also... did my order for Centurion Drone get cancelled, as I wasn't notified, and it is no longer on my order listing.
Did the money for it go somewhere, or was it meant to be refunded?
I might have to stop doing more pre-orders with your site until I know for sure what is still in my account on pre-order, and what is happening with the cancellations (no notification, and where the deposit money is going).
But if you have any queries or concerns, the fb page is probably the best option for contacting them.

Hi Griffin, thanks for reinstating and sorry for the trouble.
Also, there should actually still be replies via emails and other mediums but I have handed that task over to Ed and he is taking some time to catch up with the intensity.
I will check FB every few days so it is more likely than not your queries will be seen by me directly there.
@OhMyPrimus Could you possibly elaborate on the ETA for when MPM Ratchet should be arriving?
Hello, I preordered Earthrise Ironhide & Prowl on the OhMyPrimus website and paid in full A few months ago. A fellow member on this forum reported that his preorder was cancelled and refunded by you a few days ago due to stock cut. Since I have not received any email or update regarding the cancellation of my preorder, is it therefore safe for me to assume that my preorder is now guaranteed? Can you please provide an ETA for this item? Many thanks for your help.
Issue has been responded to on FB on Saturday 21st November. Good to hear that they're expecting a new staff to join and help them.
