Well that's two more Masterpiece releases I'll be paying no attention to.

Certainly not what was speculated. I'll get them but they're nowhere near the top of my list. The pic has a pretty good shot of Arcee and at first glance it's not wowing me. Will have better shots to look at tomorrow.

I have no problem with them doing Arcee - heck given she's an animation-first character, she's a natural fit for Takara's decent cartoon-centric designing. I really just want more 84/85 characters, though, so I'll pass.

MP-51 Arcee is a pleasant surprise. From this image on TFW2005, the alt-mode looks animation accurate and amazing, and apart from the low chest, the bot mode also great. However, the 'display stand' behind her right leg had better not be an integral part of the toy itself.

I bet once I see Arcee's price I'll give her a wide berth like I did Convoy V3.

Hopefully, Tigatron is a similar price to Cheetor.

I'm buying the Beast Wars MPs since I've always wanted that season 1 BW cast of toys, but the original toys really suck in many cases. Given there are only 13 (?) characters in season 1 of BW I think my wallet can stand up to that punishment.

Probably less of a rumour now, but there still are no official listings or proper product pages at a retailer yet (this is only a product listing that is alleged to be from Target in America).

Studio Series TF2 (Deluxe?) Soundwave (which would be the satellite version), TF6 Deluxe Cliffjumper (hopefully a new Cybertronian mould and not just a redeco of one of the Bumblebees), TF6 Voyager Blitzwing, TF3 Deluxe Topspin.

I would expect that the New York Toyfair this weekend will reveal a few of these upcoming Studio Series toys.
