Since they don't reply to emails, I keep trying their phone number, but it just keeps playing the on-hold recording with the same 10 seconds of music.... on and on and on and on and on and on....
(02 8378 7931 - but only between 3pm and 11pm, as it is supposed to be forwarding the call to the UK)

About a month back I managed to get ahold of them. Called at around 5pm (NSW). Previously I tried calling at 3pm a couple times but didn't get an answer, so maybe the timeframe they give is a little off?

Yesterday I tried at around 7pm... with no luck. The time before that was about 4pm.
