Can Zip be used in-store?
Great News, Zip is now available in all EB Games and Zing Pop Culture stores!

When in store, click on the instore tab within the Zip app and generate your payment code. Simply enter the payment code to complete your payment.

You can also pay for Click & Collect orders online using Zip and pick up your items from your favourite store!

Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 15 minutes during your store's normal business hours.

You can pay the deposit for online Click & Collect preorders using Zip. When your preorder is ready simply go in store and pay the remaining amount using card, cash, zip, gift card or trade credit.

There shouldn't be a problem with Zip provided you have enough.

I?ve never used them before, and their website says a $25 ?application? fee, plus $6 per month, plus the interest free is only 3 months. They?re also not stating what the interest rate is after. Anyone had experience with them before? I usually use after pay.

That sounds like zip money, not zip pay. 2 diff products from the same company

Yeah, you want Zip Pay,. Zip Money is for buying stuff like appliances or cars etc.

I still haven't received a text and haven't paid off. The date on my open preorders page is listed as the 7th though.

Went into Zing today, they told me they may even have it tomorrow. They will call as soon as they arrive since they have nowhere to put them as others have said. Apparently there are some epic photos of them sitting in their warehouse, I imagine like the Robot Kingdom photos.

I just went in to EB and paid off the rest of Unicron using the Zip app. Thanks to all who assisted.

For those who are yet to have gotten and update i sent EB customer service an email yesterday and heres the reply

We’re sorry to hear that you have not received any updates regarding the release of this product.

At this stage, we are expecting them to arrive in stores this week.

Once your order is available for pick up, you will receive an SMS advising you of this.

Please ensure the store has your most up to date mobile phone number to ensure you receive this notification.
